Hi all. Sorry for my absence. We were away in Seattle for a week. Over that time, Madeline learned a lot of new tricks.
She was an excellent traveler. She sleeps well on the plane and did pretty well at night, too. We did have to contend with the train near my mother-in-law's place that ran day and night. The whistle woke her up a few times, but all in all, she did amazingly well. And even better, she did a 7pm to 7am on our first night home and she took her naps at 9am and 1pm. She adjusted better than us!
So what is she up to? Well on our trip, she started clapping her hands. Can you belive it? Out of the blue. She can also stand up on her own at when holding on to the furniture or a toy.
Madeline is still talking up a storm. Here are some new words:
baby, duck, dog, cat, quack, cow, triangle, and red. She has said others, but I can't remember them all now. She always says, "uh oh!" when she drops a toy. It is so cute!
